I had a warranty issue and mistakenly believed that I had paid using a card. In fact, it was a rare cash purchase for me. The Mac Outpost team didn’t leave me hanging and sorted through their records to identify the purchase in what I believed to be an above-and-beyond example of their commitment to customer service. I have always gone to this team with needs related to all my Apple development CRA and will continue to do so. Their openness, transparency and ability to walk customers through their challenges is too hard to come by these days.
