Was sent here by applecare when my 5 month old macbook air that I purchased from the apple store in masonville was restarting constantly, applecare sent me to the mac outpost in whiteoaks because the apple store was booked for over a week and their wait time for repairs was over 3 weeks. I had an appointment at the outpost the very next morning. I called the outpost before my appointment to ensure that there would be no charge and Virginia was extremely reassuring both about what would be covered by my warranty and of their skills to actually fix the computer, just by describing what was happening she had an idea of what was going on and reassured me that they would fix my new, barely used computer. right from the start Virginia was extremely kind, straight forward and helpful! as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Virginia, I showed her what was going on and sent my computer off to be fixed. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty from the outpost after a long talk and asking about 5000 questions about computers and the warranty. today I received a call that my MacBook is ready to go (less than a week later) and they had fixed the problem which was completely covered by warranty (needed a new logic board….whatever that is😂😂) . you expect when buying a brand new computer from the apple store that you wouldn’t be back in 5 months to have it repaired but even though all that happened I am still a happy costumer, if you need a repair on your apple products I highly recommend coming here. fast and friendly service! – Sierra B. recommends Outpost2, from Facebook, January 2019
