Exception(al) service! Scott was amazing helping to troubleshoot my MacBook which suddenly stopped working that day. He spent time to try a few options before having to leave it for service, and he was able to get it back and running (thank you, Scott!). He gave great advice and I haven’t had any issues since (it’s been 2 weeks). I booked online on Apple’s website for service and got a same day appointment as well. The shop is great, convenient location with free parking and I time to check out inventory which had good selection of refurbished Apple products and new accessories. I have a MacBook Pro mid 2012, it is fairly old MacBook and I’m changing the battery because of the natural wear and tear. Since I live in Windsor the closest authorized Mac repair shot is Mac out post. I contacted them via their website by text. They are very good in responding to the text/messages. Scott helped me to set up a drop off time for battery replacement + tune up. At the end, I replaced only the battery and not a tune up. They are not pushy to make sales or so and felt they always take in to account customer best interest. They not only delivered services to my satisfaction and went beyond and above. I got there at about 5PM and did the replacement in 20 min. and they closes at 5:30PM. That avoided me drive back for pick up and saved money on gas. Also, Scott was very knowledgeable and provided me a used charger(for a price) as my charger was broken but still working.
