I had issues with my phone because I mistakenly restored my phone from 2016 and I literally thought i lost everything. I went into this store and a lovely lady name Virginia Ritchie helped me out not only did she help me but she also educated me step by step. Took her time. Gave clear instructions what to do at home! Through a series of accidental button clicking and the untimely crashing and restarting of my MacBook Pro, I managed to delete a majority of my photos/videos as well as many critical university documents off of my computer. I spent 3 consecutive hours on the phone with Apple Support, attempting to recover my information, to which I was told “they had never seen anything like this happen before”. Within 2 hours of dropping the product off at Mac Outpost, Greg had done what Apple Support had told me was impossible, and recovered every last photo and assignment back on to my computer. I can not say enough positive things about the entire experience with Mac Outpost. Nezar did an excellent job of explaining my options and the odds of actually finding and restoring my data, which was quite the feat because I was on the verge of hysteria and am definitely not tech savvy!!! Both employees were so kind and patient with me! I have already told all of my friends to go to this store for any future issues with their Macs, and they will definitely be my FIRST call for my next tech-related mistake!
