I have owned an IMAC for a number of years. In 2022 I took my IMAC in for service at Mac Outpost and they had my unit ready to be picked up by the end of the following day. I will always take my IMAC in for service at this location simply because of the ‘trust’ I have with their management/employees and their honesty.
