A family member gave me their old MacBook and I took it here to have it reset. It was an extremely positive experience. The staff were kind and helpful (both on the phone and in person) and I thought their COVID protocols were sensible and appropriate. I didn’t shop around for prices but I thought the amount seemed reasonable and in any event, this was an extremely positive experience compared to experiences I’ve had at the Apple store.
