I was in the area for a few days on a business trip and I was having issues with my Telus Internet Stick not working on my MacBook Air. It was a mystery, since it had always worked before, and I had already eliminated the possibility that the issue was with the stick itself. I had spent several fruitless and wasted hours on the phone/Email with the techie person at my company, but to no avail. He finally suggested actually going into a Telus Store to see if they could. They could not. They recommended that I go to Outpost 2 in the Mall. I had been previously completely unfamiliar with this store.
