So many things have been left behind due to technology. Not all bad but one of those is the lost art of sending thank you cards. Especially hand written. Kudos to you Colin for sending out a hand written follow up after our visit to the Outpost store. I just wanted you to know that we were surprised and impressed by the gesture.
