We have visited the White Oaks Outpost a couple of times and we are so impressed with how professional and friendly the staff are here. Today Ali helped me with my new ipad and made me so glad we made our purchase here. He answered all my questions and acted genuinely interested in helping me. The store manager Virginia was also a great help. Nice to find a store with caring staff. We will for sure be back for our apple purchases., Patricia T, 5 Star Review from Google+ Jan 15, 2016
Hey, guys. Thanks for the phone help. I’m in Windsor and your staff was helpful with an OS question. Please open a store here in Windsor! – R Charron, From Google+
Purchased some RAM for my wife as a Christmas gift (romantic or what). I waited until this weekend to get MacOutpost to install it. They couldn’t help me at Wharncliffe Road, but directed me out to the White Oaks location. Spent some quality time with Scott Henry, who was extremely helpful. Everything got taken care of quickly, even with a couple of hiccups from our end – note to self, know your password when you arrive. Customer service was exceptional, and we left having a great experience. I would suggest Outpost2 to anyone looking for an awesome computer experience. – 5 Star Google Review! I want to say a special thank you to Virginia Ritchie for making my visit to Outpost 2 on Jan 2/16, a very pleasant and enlightening visit. Virginia is easy to talk to and listens to the problem you are having, even if you are not tech savvy and have trouble explaining the problem. She was most patient with me and made me feel as ease. Her sense of humour is a bonus, and makes you feel more at ease. The problem with my Mac was solved in a matter of minutes, and I left feeling delighted at the ease of which it was solved. Thank you Virginia for making my day even better. J.L., London, Ontario
I dealt with Kim for a MacBook Pro repair that the Apple Store wasn’t willing to compromise. After speaking with a Customer Relations Rep at Apple I took my MBP out of the Apple Store after a failed warranty repair and brought it to the Outpost 2. The Apple Store is fun to walk around in but Mac Outpost 2 was the best repair facility bar none. I find it more personalized and you don’t have to sit amongst dozens of people waiting for a genius appointment. Again Kim was great, got my baby running smoothly and even contacted me several days later to make sure I was happy. Cameron D., from 5 Star Google+ Review
We were in your store the other day, just to look and ask a few questions. After we left my husband and I both said how friendly and helpful the staff (are). It is the one store that always make you feel happy when you leave. Just a great experience. Will be a customer for a long time. They don’t talk down to us because we are older and not as tech savvy as some people, answer every question even knowing we are asking a really simple question. Really enjoyed the whole experience. – Penelope C.
We would like to thank send a special thanks to Paul Tucknott. We were at a very time sensitive moment in our working flow at our media production company when a computer failure happened. Paul took special care in the issue and help us go through it in less than one working day. As always, and over the years Paul has been a great support for our company’s needs. Thanks again, Jorge H., London, ON
(You are an) excellent multifunction all computers trooper! – Directed to Paul Tucknott after providing some requested technical assistance!
These guys are THE BEST. I’ve been working with them since 1997 and they have seen me through every conceivable disaster. I trust them completely, most of all, I trust them with my data, which is my whole professional life. They will help, they will listen, they will advise — they are simply the BEST. Stay local and learn why making contact with people like this can save your sanity. They’re also lovely people. You don’t get that from “genius.” – Tim Blackmore, from Google+
