Went in to purchase a new iMac for my wife. Gavin ended up helping us figure out if we wanted a new or used iMac.
We ended up purchasing a used I Mac with loads of memory and everything we needed in a computer. Gavin switched over everything from our old to new computer and set up everything else we need.
Gavin was awesome at helping us out with the entire purchase. He knows his stuff and did an excellent job figuring out our needs and wants and steering us in the right direction! His service was top notch, going above and beyond to make sure we we satisfied with our purchase!

My son forgot his passcode, we tried everything to fix it ourselves, no luck. Friday afternoon we show up at the Outpost and were promised pick up on Monday, after a meltdown and having to pry it out of his hands, we left the iPad with them and less than 2 hours later we get a phone call saying the job is complete.
