I experienced difficulty either a new IPad pencil. We drove over an hour to London to the repair shop. Within a few minutes, the person told us what was wrong and fixed the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip. I had initially brought it in to Best Buy but that has no idea what was wrong.
