I’ve been a Mac Outpost customer for over 10 years. I’ve always relied on their wealth of knowledge and appreciate their attention to customer service.

Recently I went in with a very simple question and, as usual, was treated with the same kind of attention as though I was making a large purchase. Which, in fact, my conversation with Peter led to. Until later, when he realized that the information I’d given him wasn’t quite accurate and he got in touch with me to tell me he didn’t think I’d be happy with my purchase. To his credit and with his advice, I ended up with the right solution, which was much less money than my first decision.

That’s the kind of service we should expect from all businesses; people before profit. It’s a shame it’s so uncommon today but nice to know it still exists at Mac Outpost. – Paul, from 5-Star Google Review, February 2024
