I bought my first Mac from Mac Outpost (Wharncliffe Rd) in 2008. For the last 8 years the customer service has been outstanding and very professional – from Paul T’s cheerful, friendly greeting through the IT service/maintenance team. Since I live in the country with no available high speed, I so appreciate them doing all the upgrades on my Mac, printer and GPS. Any extra help I need when I return home, they professionally and cheerfully talk me through what needs to be done.
