I dealt with Kim for a MacBook Pro repair that the Apple Store wasn’t willing to compromise. After speaking with a Customer Relations Rep at Apple I took my MBP out of the Apple Store after a failed warranty repair and brought it to the Outpost 2. The Apple Store is fun to walk around in but Mac Outpost 2 was the best repair facility bar none. I find it more personalized and you don’t have to sit amongst dozens of people waiting for a genius appointment.
