I wanted to send you a note to let you know how pleased we’ve been with the service from Mac Outpost. You’ve been extremely accommodating and responsive. The other day when we called with a Mac technical issue… I was of the mind that we needed a new iMac. Our IS department couldn’t resolve the issue and we had no luck with Apple Care on the telephone trying to resolve the issue. Jeff (Cooper) helped us to solve the problem right away. There was a wireless keyboard a couple of aisles down the way trying to connect to the machine and it appeared possessed, lol!
